Biography
Maxi Biewer
- Since 1992 weather presenter at RTL television Germany
- During that time around 10,000 weather reports from the early morning to the main evening news, from the studio to outdoor reports
- 2007/2008 spokesperson of the German National Skin Awareness campaign about environment and the effects to our skin.
- Lectures on weather / climate issues
- Member of the IABM ( International Association of Broadcast Meteorology)
- Member the Climate Broadcasters Network-Europe
What happened before:
- Born 1964 in East Berlin /G.D.R.
- After graduation and apprenticeship for electronics, studies at the "Ernst
- Busch" School for Acting in East Berlin and Diploma
- 1987 - 1992 Actor's Ensemble of the G.D.R. TV, different roles in theatres in Dessau, Berlin and theatre tours.
- Since 1992 full time weather presenter at RTL television Germany
- Hobbies: offshore sailing, climbing, mountaineering – all closely connected to….weather ;-)
